I think the overall document is a good start, and I agree with Leighanns comments about inclusiveness assumptions on the Rainbow (LGBTQQ) population, we cannot assume that cultural inclusiveness and competence includes this population. I don't think that the document itself is very "youth centered" If we are working with youth and using these guidelines to establish the appropriate inclusive environment, a young person would get lost in this.
Suggest a more user-friendly document or a companion for youth to use.
