A healthy protein shake with no junk.
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 scoop Whey Factors Whey Protein
- 1 tblspn. Flaxseed Meal
- 1/5 tsp. cocoa powder
- 3-4 drops Stevia or 1/2 tblspn. Honey
- Mix all ingredients in a blender with 3-4 drops of Stevia or 1/2 tblsp. of honey. Blend and pulse until smooth.
