The Health Promotion Clearinghouse (HPC) strives to improve the health of Nova Scotians by enhancing the capacity of health promoters through personalized resource support, information and knowledge exchange and the provision of networking and communications opportunities. The HPC Network is one component of the HPC designed to help achieve these goals.
